Actually 4 1/2 stars. Scheduling took a bit between our side and theirs but then was done quickly. Price was more than we thought originally but quality of work and product were excellent and very professional.
Would recommend and use again.

I couldn’t be happier with my two new beautiful completely renovated bathrooms from Roeland. From meeting Mike the salesman to meeting Arnie and all his professionals including the office staff were wonderful. I was kept informed from beginning to end as to when they would be there and even when they couldn’t be there. When there were some problems with the plumbing Arnie kept me in the loop. He’s very responsive to calls and texts. It was a very positive experience working with them and any future renovations I need done I will be sure to contact them. My only complaint is that I wish I had contacted RHI sooner.

Valerie from Westwood, "Over the summer I had not one but two bathrooms in my two family house completely gutted and installed by RHI. From the start, I met with the luxury bath salesman Mike who was knowledgeable, professional and very personable and IMO was integral in getting the projects started and for me to use RHI for my bathrooms. He even gave me his cell phone # if I had any questions...! He also told me how his boss was a great guy...and he was right. Arnie came to my house, took measurements and told me what to expect, what to order etc. He too gave me his cell # if I had any questions (who knew there were 6367 types of grout and in 5815 different colors? That was a fun frenzied phone call to him!...and of course HE knew!) and was always VERY responsive (in minutes most times...!!! when I texted or called him....I don’t recall ever working with any contractor that was that responsive!) The men who worked for him were also professional, respectful men who did just amazingly beautiful work, left my house in A1 condition...when they ran into some plumbing problems they kept me fully in the loop on it and Arnie was concerned about making sure the repairs were done right. I couldn’t be happier with both my beautiful bathrooms, new showers and RHI. I’ve even had a couple of people see the new bathrooms and ask for Arnie’s contact info. I highly recommended him to a few friends and would tell anyone that needed work done to contact RHI. You will be working with a great team that work for a great company run by a great guy!"
